Kevin trained with BDO Stoy Hayward chartered accountants. He has worked exclusively in property finance since 1986. He was finance director for the THI Leisure Partnership, an £85m limited partnership for institutional investors in leisure parks. Kevin has launched over £300m in private equity geared funds for property and film funds. Kevin deals with all debt and tax structuring issues, while also raising equity from private investors.
