Cobalt 7 & 8 Enterprise Zone Syndicate

The scheme will comprise an 81,700 sq ft office development due for completion in January 2009 on the Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle, the UK's largest office park. Approximately £14.0 million of equity was raised, which together with bank borrowings will create a £32.5 million investment. The building benefits from an 11 year rent deposit and negotiations are already in hand with two tenants to take the majority of the space at practical completion of the development.
