We Make The Inaccessible Accessible

Few investors have sufficient funds to invest directly in a commercial property. Collective Investment Schemes such as limited partnerships and unit trusts, on or off-shore, allow investors access to commercial property which would otherwise be beyond their financial resources. Curo structures these funds to make them available to a combination of private investors and/or SIPPs SASSs and pension funds.

A survey (Property Week 06.06.05) of private banks, such as Merrill Lynch, Coutts and KB, showed that commercial property accounts for up to 20% of a client's investment portfolio. Asset management opportunities can increase potential total returns from 10% to as much as 20% per annum.

Compared to other assets, investing in property has low volatility and has historically offered steady returns over the long term. In fact, it has outperformed gilts and equities over three, five and ten years.
